The Enumeration Forms were printed in English for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) area, and in Telugu in the rest. This is in response to the requests made by all political parties, as per the office of Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Telangana on Tuesday (June 30, 2026). It added that dummy Enumeration forms were also printed in Urdu, for assistance of the general public.
The forms are being distributed as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) taken up in the State. Booth Level Officers (BLO) started to visit houses from June 25 to distribute Enumeration Forms (EF). This will continue till July 24.

The Telangana High Court on Monday asked the Election Commission of India to consider a petitioner’s request to provide enumeration forms during the SIR of electoral rolls in Urdu in constituencies having 20% or more population conversant in that language.
A few Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AERO) in the GHMC limits said on Wednesday that the forms in English were distributed from the beginning of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and the forms in Telugu and Urdu too are available.
