Mandya ZP CEO inspects Akka Cafe, stresses food quality

Mandya Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer K.R. Nandini conducted a surprise inspection of the Akka Cafe operating on the Taluk office premises in Pandavapura.

During the visit, she inspected the quality of food being prepared, the cleanliness of the kitchen, food storage practices and the facilities provided to customers.

Ms. Nandini directed the staff to adhere to food quality and hygiene standards. She stressed that there should be no compromise in the preparation and distribution of food, keeping customers’ health and safety as the top priority.

Describing the Akka Cafe as an important initiative for the economic empowerment of women’s self-help groups, she said the cafe should continue to build public confidence by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and customer service.
